What counts as an 'active form'?
A form that is published and has received at least one submission in the current billing month. Draft or paused forms don't count.
Is the free tier really unlimited?
Yes. Unlimited forms, unlimited responses, forever. The only limitation is FormForge branding on your forms.
How does outcome pricing work?
You pay $0.02 per submission instead of a monthly fee. No base cost, no commitment. If your form gets 0 submissions, you pay $0.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you'll be able to upgrade or downgrade anytime once billing launches. We're setting up payments now.
When does paid billing launch?

Is there a limit on file uploads?
Pro and Outcome plans include file uploads up to 10MB per file. Free tier does not include file uploads.
